Dr. Vijaykumar Ninama is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of History at Shri Govind Guru University (SGGU), Vinzol, Godhra. With three years of experience as an assistant professor, Dr Ninama is committed to fostering a deep understanding of historical contexts, particularly in tribal studies. Dr Ninama got the “National Fellowship for Higher Education of ST Students”. He had also received the “Smt. Kashiben Motibhai Lallubhai Patel (RAS) Gold Medal” for exemplary academic performance in the M.A. programme at Sardar Patel University. Dr Ninama has also qualified for the SET in 2024 and also presented research papers at numerous national and international conferences and seminars. Dr Ninama published seven research papers in UGC CARE-listed and referred reputed journals. Dr Ninama was also a keynote speaker in an online webinar organised by the National Coordinating Institute, IIT Delhi, Unnat Bharat Abhiyan and the Tribal Research and Knowledge Centre Delhi on 22nd July 2023. Dr Ninama is also a member of the “Shri Govind Guru Tribal Chair” at Shri Govind Guru University (SGGU), Vinzol, Godhra.
