In a wide range of subjects, including Indian Hindi literature, Western poetry, audiovisual media, translation, linguistics, ancient, medieval, and modern literature, criticism, research methodology, drama and theater, applied Hindi, comparative literature, dramatics, folk literature, primitive traditional oral literature, cultural studies, and environmental studies, SGGU provides scholarly research at the local level. Through research, the Hindi Department hopes to provide students with the opportunity to critically think about complex issues, challenge established knowledge systems, and provide new perspectives in order to positively impact society. This will enable students to pursue their academic goals in all facets of their lives and significantly contribute to the advancement of knowledge.
